The Music Used in the Videos

Some of the music included in these videos may be from established artists. This music used should qualify under "Fair Use", as defined by the conditions below.

• The purpose and character of the use, for example whether your project is for profit
• The nature of the copyrighted work, for instance, if the song is a famous Billboard hit or an academic piece of music
• The amount of the copyrighted work that you used in your project, and...
• The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

Some information about my site

• This is a not-for-profit site.
• The songs are typically older and sit in a genre range that was never mainstream.
• It is very unlikely that the full song would be used. The videos that use this music are for adventure sharing.
• Song credit is given in the opening frames of the video.
• Even this this item is not applicable, I want to note that any song I have used comes off a CD of the purchased music.
